Casa Vacanze Corallo is a seafront apartment in Termoli, on the Sant'Antonio beach side, with the old town and the Swabian castle within walking distance along the corso and the station a couple of steps away for those arriving by train. Inside everything is new: a double bedroom, a bathroom with a mosaic shower, an island kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a smart TV and a balcony with a small table catching the morning sun. The house rules reserve it for adults and do not allow animals, which in Termoli at the height of summer is worth more than any extra service.

Better to say it in the first line: in Molise the catalogue has a single property without children, in Montenero di Bisaccia. It is not a list to browse, it is one address. Molise is a region little used by tourism, and that explains both the quiet you find there and the reason why properties dedicated to adults are still so rare.
Montenero di Bisaccia, the only address
Montenero di Bisaccia lies in the north of the region, inland near the Adriatic coast. It is a farming, hilly setting, without the built-up seafront that characterises much of the Adriatic further north. Those who go are not after services or nightlife: they are after few people around.
On this page, as on all of them, it is written which arrangement the hotel belongs to: a ban on minors extended to the whole property, or limited to the wellness area alone. It is the distinction the big booking agencies do not let you filter on, because the fact lives hidden inside the descriptions.
Why such a narrow selection makes sense
A long list is of no use if half the entries do not genuinely meet the feature you are looking for. In a small region we prefer to publish what we have checked one by one, and to tell you plainly how many that is: one.
If the number seems too low, look at neighbouring Puglia, which counts 137 properties in the catalogue: often the advantage of being able to choose repays a few extra kilometres. The full picture region by region is on the Italy page.
A short bathing season, a hinterland always free
Molise has a bathing season concentrated in July and August, when the coast comes alive mainly with Italian and returning-emigrant tourism. June and September stay quiet almost everywhere. In spring and autumn the region is toured for its villages and paths, with temperatures better suited to walking and no queue to reckon with.
