The house is in via Galilei, inside the town of Villasimius, and not on the coast: Booking marks Simius beach at one kilometre and seven hundred metres and Porto Giunco at three kilometres and eight hundred, and Cagliari Elmas airport at sixty seven kilometres. On the address the two sources do not agree: Booking writes via Galilei snc, via del Mare 96, while the property's website writes via Galilei 2. The town, with its shops, bars and restaurants, can be covered on foot.

It is a small guesthouse: the website speaks of modern, bright spaces, with rooms furnished along simple lines and in contemporary materials. Booking sells superior single rooms, standard doubles and deluxe doubles with a balcony. All the rooms have a private bathroom with bidet and hairdryer, air conditioning, a flat screen television and a safe; some have a balcony, and the website speaks of a private outdoor space for some units. Among the facilities Booking lists a terrace: in the photographs it is a shared space with small tables, looking out over the roofs of the town and the hill behind. The rooms are non smoking.

The age rule comes from Booking: under the children's conditions one reads that children are not allowed. The eighteen years given on the same page are the minimum age for checking in, not the threshold for access, and no access figure is published. The property's website does not deal with the subject: it does not contradict Booking, it is silent, and Booking remains the only source on the point.

There is no swimming pool and no wellness area: the property declares no sauna, steam bath or whirlpool. Breakfast is there: Booking gives it as Italian and available to take away as well, the website gives it as included. It is a choice that makes sense in Villasimius, because those going to the sea set off early.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted and parties may not be held. Villasimius lives by the season: in July and August the town and the beaches are full, while in May, June and September the coast can be toured in peace. Parking is not among the declared facilities, and anyone arriving by car must reckon with that.
