Booking puts the Botanical Garden at 1.2 kilometres and Giorgino beach at 2.9 kilometres; among the places nearby the page also mentions piazza del Carmine, piazza Yenne and the port. Cagliari-Elmas airport is given as eleven kilometres away.

It is a guest house on the second floor of Palazzo Zamberletti, a historic residence of the Marina district, from which the property declares a view over the city and the port of Cagliari; the bus stop for the Poetto is given as fifty metres away. The rooms are all air conditioned and have a desk and free wifi; some have a balcony, and the Booking page indicates a sea view or a city view for the rooms. The bathroom is private in every room, with a shower and toiletries included, and every unit has a wardrobe.

The rule on age is clear and is set out in the children's conditions published by Booking: children are not allowed. The same page specifies that there are no cots and no extra beds and that the minimum age for check-in is eighteen, which is however another matter: the first sentence is the one that keeps the house reserved for adults. The property has no website of its own from which to confirm or contradict this, so Booking remains the only source here.

There is no wellness area: no sauna, no steam room, no hot tub and no pool. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted and parties are not organised, and the house asks for quiet between 23.00 and 9.00. It is a city base for two people who want to sleep in the centre and get around on foot, not a property for spending the day indoors.
