Booking indicates Porto Piccolo at 800 metres, the Temple of Apollo at 1.2 kilometres, the Fonte Aretusa at 1.9 kilometres and the Maniace castle at 2.1 kilometres; the railway station of Syracuse is five hundred metres away on foot. Catania Fontanarossa airport is 63 kilometres away.

It is an entire unit of thirty square metres, with one bedroom, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine and kettle, and a private bathroom with bidet, shower and toiletries. There are air conditioning, a flat screen television, free wifi, a lift in the building and free parking. Smoking is not allowed and parties are not held.
