Booking classifies the house as an apartment and gives it whole: thirty square metres with one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with utensils, a flat screen TV and a terrace looking out over the city. There are air conditioning and non smoking rooms. Bed linen and towels appear among the fittings, but the page adds that the property can provide towels and bed linen at a charge: it is worth clarifying at the time of booking.

The host, Antonella, describes a studio flat refurbished throughout, with a private bathroom and a terrace, in an urban setting from the early twentieth century that has stayed quiet despite being right in the centre, near via Etnea and behind via Umberto. On Villa Bellini the two sources do not agree: the host writes three hundred metres, Booking measures six hundred both in the list of surroundings and in the description. The languages spoken are English, Spanish and French.

There is no wellness area: the property declares no spa, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool or swimming pool, and no breakfast is declared. Among the highlighted facilities Booking puts the terrace, the air conditioning and the non smoking rooms.

The age rule is written by Booking in the children's conditions: children are not allowed, and at the property there is no availability of cots or extra beds. No figure is published, so the ban applies to all minors; the No minimum age line that follows concerns check-in and is another matter. The page was read twice, with a five year old child in the search and with no children, and the text does not change. The rest of the rules are consistent: pets not allowed, no smoking, parties and events forbidden, and the house is not available for hen or stag parties. The arrival window is narrow, from fourteen to fifteen, and departure is between nine and ten: this should be reckoned with when booking the journey.
