The name of the house comes from the way the rooms are furnished: the photographs published by the property show walls painted in strong colours, large pictures and parquet floors, and a shared kitchen with an oven, a hob and a microwave. All the units have air conditioning, a flat-screen television, a desk, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bidet and toiletries; some rooms have a balcony with a city view and others a terrace.

There is no swimming pool, no sauna, no Turkish bath and no massage room: it is a city property without a wellness area, and anyone looking for one should know that before booking. The rooms are non-smoking and Booking also lists heating among the services.

The age rule is published by Booking in the children's conditions: children are not allowed. Extra beds, again according to Booking, are provided only for adults of eighteen and over and are requested separately, and the minimum age for check-in is eighteen. Entry is by self check-in: the house sends by email a link that opens the street door and the door of the rooms, and a smartphone with a connection is needed.
