Arega Rooms

Arega Rooms is on the first floor of a building facing piazza Generale Incani, that is, in the centre of Villasimius: from the windows, in the property's photographs, one sees the palm trees, the fountain and the town noticeboard. Booking marks Simius beach at two kilometres, Porto Giunco at four kilometres and one hundred metres and Cagliari Elmas airport at sixty two. From the square you can walk out to the bars and restaurants of the town, while the beaches need a car or a bicycle.

It is a small, homely guesthouse: Booking sells a single room type, the double room with a French bed. Each room has a wardrobe, a flat screen television, a fridge, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels, and among the property's facilities Booking lists air conditioning. The rooms are non smoking, wifi is free throughout the property and there is a shared lounge. Check-in and check-out are stated to be express, and bicycle hire is available, which in an area popular with cyclists is no small detail.

The age rule comes from Booking: under the children's conditions one reads that children are not allowed, and the property states that it has no cots or extra beds. For check-in Booking specifies that no minimum age is required, that is, that no figure is published. The property has no website of its own, so Booking remains the only source on the point.

There is no swimming pool and no wellness area: the property declares no sauna, steam bath or whirlpool. The outdoor space is the terrace that Booking lists among the facilities: in the photographs it has a cane pergola, pots of flowers and a view over the town and the hill behind.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted and parties may not be held. Villasimius lives by the season: in July and August the town and the beaches fill up, while in May, June and September the coast can be toured in peace.
