Via della Pineta is in Baja Sardinia, the seaside hamlet of Arzachena facing the gulf of Arzachena, among the granite and the pines. Cala Battistoni beach is three hundred metres away, Isola dei Gabbiani thirty-two kilometres and Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport thirty-six, reachable with a paid shuttle arranged by the house. The marina of Porto Cervo and the coves along the coast are toured by car, and parking is free.

There are three rooms, all King Deluxe, on the ground floor and with a patio. They have air conditioning, a flat-screen television, a fridge, a coffee machine and an electric kettle, a dishwasher and an oven, a private bathroom with bidet and toiletries. Shared are the garden, the terrace with its view of the sea, a common room and the bar; the property hires out bicycles and cars. Wifi is free throughout.

The rule on age is read in Booking's Child policies block, read on 26 September 2026: children are not allowed, and there are no cots or extra beds. Booking specifies that no minimum age is required for check-in, so there is no threshold in figures. The property publishes no website of its own: the source remains Booking.

There is no wellness area and no pool: sauna, steam bath and whirlpool do not appear among the services, and swimming is done at Cala Battistoni. Breakfast is served as a buffet, continental or Italian. Check-in is possible only between 12:00 and 14:00, so arrival has to be organised; the quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00 and on arrival a cash security deposit is required, returned on departure. Pets are not allowed.
