Al Ranch Wellness is at via Garibaldi 5 in Pieve di Cadore, in the province of Belluno, with the entrance from the doorway at via Montericco 4. Booking measures two kilometres and nine hundred metres from the lake of Cadore and thirty-eight kilometres from the lake of Sorapis; Treviso Antonio Canova airport is ninety-eight kilometres away. It is a valley-floor Cadore position, with the cycle path and the local ski slopes within reach.

The accommodation is taken as a whole and measures forty square metres: one bedroom, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher and a bathroom with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided. There are a balcony and a terrace, with a mountain view, and the wifi is free. Booking registers the only type as Apartment with Sauna.

The age rule is stated by Booking in the Children conditions block: children are not allowed, and the accommodation has no cots or extra beds. The page was read twice, with and without children in the search, with the same result. No source publishes a figure, so the minimum age remains undeclared; the line about eighteen years for check-in is a different matter and appears identically on many portal listings. The apartment has no website of its own and the only channel found is Booking.

The wellness area is inside the apartment and stays with whoever takes it: Booking writes that the property offers wellness facilities including a sauna and a whirlpool tub, and repeats the private whirlpool tub among the features of the accommodation. As there are no spaces shared with other guests, the sauna and tub are in effect reserved for adults, like the whole house. There is no pool and no other facilities.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted and parties are not held; quiet runs from twenty-three to seven. Among the activities in the area Booking lists skiing, hiking, fishing and cycling, so the house works both in the snow season and in the walking one.
