On the wellness side a clarification is needed: Booking lists a spa among the facilities, but the description makes clear that this is a partner spa and wellness centre nearby, not a wellness area inside the property. The house's website, airsuiteverona.com, confirms it, speaking of an arrangement with an outside centre, the Paradise Beauty & SPA, and lists no sauna, steam room, whirlpool or pool. Inside there is no pool, sauna, steam room or whirlpool tub. Anyone looking for an in-house spa should look elsewhere; anyone looking for a base for Verona on foot will find the right location here.
