Agriturismo La Vista

The Agriturismo La Vista is in the locality of Civitella, the high country above Fonteblanda, on the road that climbs from Talamone inland. It is the right ridge: in front opens the gulf of Talamone and the Costa d'Argento, behind begin the pastures and scrub of the Maremma Regional Park. Anyone coming from the motorway leaves at Fonteblanda Talamone and continues towards Civitella; a car is needed here, both to go down to the sea and to reach Orbetello, the Argentario and the tufa villages.

Ten rooms and nothing else

The property has ten double rooms, all soundproofed, divided into three families: four Superior Sea View of about twenty-six square metres, which are the ones to ask for because they look over the gulf; four Country View of about eighteen square metres facing the countryside; and two rooms Al Podere, Rosmarino and Oleandro, also about eighteen square metres. Every room has a heat pump for warm and cool, a television, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a hairdryer, linen and free wifi, with daily cleaning.

Breakfast and the rhythm of the day

Breakfast is the thing all the guests talk about: it is also served as a picnic basket, to be opened in the garden with the view in front of you, and it puts local produce on the table. Around the house there are the garden and some equipped outdoor relaxation areas, where those coming back from the beach spend the afternoon. It should be said plainly so as not to create the wrong expectations: there is no pool, there is no wellness area, there is no sauna or whirlpool tub. The value of La Vista is the silence, the view and the breakfast. The house welcomes exclusively guests from eighteen years upwards, and this choice is stated by the owners as the way to guarantee quiet to those who arrive.
