Booking measures thirty-six kilometres from Assisi railway station, forty-three from Perugia cathedral and forty-four from the church of San Severo; Umbria Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi airport is given as thirty-one kilometres away. Arriving guests are asked to give their arrival time in advance.

It is a farm stay, and the property's website presents it as a place created for spirituality and relaxation, where guests can follow a personal trainer programme with Cristina, and with a kitchen that uses the organic produce of the vegetable garden. Booking lists the restaurant, the seasonal outdoor pool, the garden and a shared lounge; free WiFi covers the whole property and the private car park on site is free. The accommodation has a private bathroom with a bidet, toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Breakfast is buffet, continental or Italian.

On age the two sources do not say the same thing and it is worth knowing before writing.
