Affittacamere Medusa

Affittacamere Medusa is at via di Mezzo 21, in the Santa Croce quarter, inside the old centre of Florence. The distances published in the Booking listing give four hundred metres from Casa Buonarroti, five hundred from the Basilica of Santa Croce, eight hundred from Piazza del Duomo, nine hundred from Piazza della Signoria and one and one kilometres from the Uffizi Gallery; Peretola airport is ten kilometres away. It is the part of the city where you step out of the house and walk.

The rooms have air conditioning, heating, a desk, a private bathroom for exclusive use with a bidet and toiletries, bed linen and towels; some look onto the garden. The WiFi is free, there is luggage storage and the house is non-smoking. The rooms occupy a floor with the beamed wooden ceilings and terracotta floors typical of Florentine houses in the centre.

The age rule is written in the Children conditions block of the Booking listing: children are not allowed, and there are no cots or extra beds. The property publishes no figure, so this listing does not invent one: here the ban on minors applies, not a declared minimum age.

There is no spa, sauna, steam room or pool: it is a city guesthouse, with few beds and quiet required between twenty-two and eight. Pets are not allowed and parties or events are not held.
