Mondello Addaura Addisio Suite

Mondello Addaura Addisio Suite is on via Colonna Marcantonio, at the Addaura, the seaside area of Mondello on the coast of Palermo. Vergine Maria beach is one and nine kilometres away, Mondello beach four and seven, the centre with the cathedral and the Fontana Pretoria ten kilometres; Falcone Borsellino airport is twenty-six kilometres away.

On the distance from the sea the two sources do not say the same thing: Booking classifies the property as beachfront and credits it with a private beach area, while the host, in their description, writes that the villa is two hundred metres from the sea, with private slipways inside the residence and a terraced garden used as a solarium. Every room has air conditioning, a wardrobe, a terrace with a sea view, a private bathroom, a flat-screen television, a fridge, a coffee machine, bed linen and towels; some rooms have a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. The wifi is free and private parking is on site, with a paid airport shuttle.

The age rule is in Booking's children conditions: children are not allowed, and there are no cots or extra beds. No figure is published, because no minor is accepted. Smoking is not permitted, parties are not held, pets are not allowed and quiet hours run from midnight to nine.

There is no wellness area: no sauna, steam room, whirlpool or pool. Here you swim in the sea, from the Addaura rocks, and in high season the coast road comes alive; in winter it remains a quiet place facing the gulf.
