A casa dell'artista

A casa dell'artista is at via Mandralisca 42, in the old centre of Cefalù, the street of the museum of the same name. Booking places Cefalù beach at two hundred metres and the Bastione Capo Marchiafava at three hundred; nearby are La Rocca and the cathedral, and Palermo Falcone Borsellino airport is ninety-seven kilometres away.

The whole accommodation is rented: thirty square metres with one bedroom, a bathroom, a dining area and a kitchen with utensils, a flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels. There are air conditioning, a balcony and a terrace with a view over the town; the property declares both a sea view and a mountain view. There is also a shared lounge.

The property offers an Italian breakfast; Booking does not state whether it is included in the rate, so it should be asked. The age rule comes from Booking, in the children conditions block: children are not allowed, and there are no cots or extra beds. The ban applies to the whole accommodation and no source publishes a precise figure.

Anyone looking for a spa should know in advance: there is no sauna, steam room, whirlpool tub or pool here, and no parking is declared. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted and parties are not held; the property is paid in cash.
