The fourteenth-century walls are one hundred metres away, the Amedeo Lia museum three hundred, the church of Santa Maria six hundred, the castle of San Giorgio six hundred and fifty, the Clarisse park eight hundred, viale Mazzini nine hundred and fifty and the Technical Naval Museum one and one kilometres. La Spezia Centrale station is four hundred metres on foot, Migliarina station three and a half kilometres, Pisa airport eighty-three. The nearest beaches are eight or nine kilometres away, the restaurants ten metres.

It is a guesthouse with a lift. The rooms have air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a desk, a wardrobe, a dressing area, a fridge, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, a safe, parquet flooring and a private bathroom with a bidet, a shower or a tub, slippers, a hairdryer and complimentary products.
