4 PASSI DAL CENTRO

The address is Via Monte Cimone 6, in Brescia, outside the old centre but within walking distance of the monuments: Booking measures one and four kilometres to Madonna delle Grazie and the Monument to Giuseppe Garibaldi, one and eight to Santa Maria della Pace, one and nine to the Casa dei Camerlenghi, two and three to Palazzo Uggeri, two and four to the Duomo Nuovo and two and six to Palazzo Averoldi. Bergamo Orio al Serio airport is given as forty-seven kilometres away.

You book the whole apartment: one bedroom, a bathroom with a bidet, a shower and a hairdryer, a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a hob and a coffee machine. The property states air conditioning, free WiFi, free parking, a balcony and a garden view. In the important information the house warns that the accommodation is on the second floor of a building with no lift: worth knowing before booking.

On age the source is the Booking page: the Children conditions block says that children are not allowed, and the same page says there are no cots or extra beds available. No figure is published as an entry threshold, so this listing records the ban without an age. The line about guests under eighteen accompanied by a parent is portal boilerplate and concerns check-in, not admission. The page was read twice, with and without children in the search, and the ban appears in both readings.

Anyone looking for a wellness area will not find one: a pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool tub and gym are not declared. The spaces are those of a home, with the balcony facing the garden.

Worth knowing for the stay: arrival is between fourteen and eighteen and must be notified in advance; a photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted and parties are not held; the property does not accept hen or stag parties.
