The Alpenhotel Montafon is on the Silvrettastraße, in the lower part of Schruns, the main village of the Montafon, at around seven hundred metres of altitude. It is a four-star superior hotel that welcomes families and has a play area for children and teenagers, the Montis Erlebniswelt, but the alpenSPA of three thousand two hundred square metres is declared adults only and can be used only from the age of 16. The youngest guests are left with the outdoor pool in the garden and the treatments designed for them too.

The AMRAI Suites are in Außerlitzstraße, on the sunny slope above Schruns, in the heart of the Montafon, at around seven hundred metres of altitude. The house welcomes families and provides suites for up to eight people, but it keeps two separate wellness worlds: the Stólla Spa is open to everyone, with the pool having no age limit and the saunas from the age of 14, while the Maisäß Spa on the roof is declared adults only and can be used only from the age of 18 upwards. All the saunas are swimwear-free zones.

The Hotel Vitalquelle Montafon is in Schruns, in the Montafon, in Vorarlberg, and it receives children of any age: it writes so in its own FAQs, which in the next line reserve the Spa-Bereich for guests aged fourteen and over. The sauna department, open from 14 to 19, includes the steam bath, the crystal sauna, the sanarium, the infrared room and the relaxation room in Swiss pine. The dog is not allowed.
