The unit occupies a building from 1920. The host describes it as a studio of twenty-five square metres plus mezzanine, with a vaulted brick ceiling, the mezzanine floored in wood serving as the sleeping area and a private balcony looking onto the courtyard with its trees; Booking lists it as one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with utensils, a fridge and an electric kettle, and a bathroom with shower and toiletries. Towels and bed linen are included. There are air conditioning and a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard. The free WiFi was rated 8.8 by guests and street parking is free. Check-in and check-out are private.
