The Gwärbi verde is at Baselstrasse 46, in Lucerne. Booking classifies it as a homestay and writes that the property has a bar and free WiFi. The page gives the Spreuer Bridge at six hundred and fifty metres, the Musegg Walls at one kilometre, the Chapel Bridge at one kilometre and one hundred metres, the Rosengart Collection at one kilometre and two hundred and the Gütsch Castle at one and a half kilometres; Lucerne station is given at one and a half kilometres on foot, the Swiss Museum of Transport at three kilometres and four hundred metres and Zurich airport at fifty nine kilometres. The Gewerbehalle coffee house is given at two metres and the Brooklyn Bar at fifty. The score is 5.5 over fifty one reviews, with 6.3 for the position, 6.4 for cleanliness and 7.5 for the staff.

The rule on age is a ban with no figure. In the children's conditions block Booking writes that children are not allowed and adds that no cots or extra beds are available at the property. No children's equipment appears on the page, so the ban is not contradicted, but no source publishes a number: the property has no site of its own and Booking remains the only source. The same page states, if anything, that no minimum age is required for check-in, which is a booking condition and not the rule of the house.

There is only one type of unit on sale: the double room with shared bathroom, eighteen square metres, with one French style double bed, for a maximum of two people. Towels and sheets are provided. Among the kitchen equipment Booking lists the electric kettle, the dining table and the fridge, and among the most appreciated services the non smoking rooms, the free WiFi, the laundry service and the bar.

Something practical. Arrival is from 16 to 22 and departure between 1 and 10, and the time of arrival should be given to the property in advance, either among the special requests at the time of booking or by contacting the house. Smoking is not allowed and parties or events may not be held; Booking adds that the property is not available for hen or stag parties. Pets are allowed on request and without a surcharge.
