The address is via Roma 11/4, in Dolceacqua. Booking measures twenty-two kilometres to the Fort of Santa Tecla, to the co-cathedral of San Siro and to Bresca Square, twenty to Villa Matutia and nineteen to the Jean Cocteau museum: it is an inland base, with the coast some twenty kilometres away.

The owners describe a wide one-bedroom flat on the ground floor of an art nouveau building, inside a shared garden, presented as suited to two people: one bedroom, an open space with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a tub. Booking adds the patio, the view of the river and the garden, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a fridge and a hob, a bathroom with a bidet, and lists towels and bed linen among the services offered. There are a kettle and a coffee machine, linen is changed weekly and a cleaning service is provided. The wifi is free, check-in and check-out are private, the house is non-smoking, bicycles are hired out and at the property there is a cash machine. On parking the two indications must be read together: Booking lists it as free, the owners specify that it is free public parking nearby.

The rule on age is read in Booking's Child policies block: children are not allowed. The same section adds that there are no cots or extra beds, and nowhere else on the page does any children's equipment appear: nothing contradicts the ban. For check-in Booking writes that no minimum age is required, so no figure is published for the stay. The page was read twice, with and without children in the search, and both times it shows the same condition and the same Adults only label.

There is no pool, sauna or wellness area. No treatment is included: the unit has a kitchenette and no source declares a breakfast.

Arrival is foreseen in a very narrow window, between thirteen and fifteen, with the time to be given in advance, and departure between ten and eleven. Quiet applies between twenty-three and seven, smoking is not allowed, no parties or events are held and pets are not allowed. Italian, English, French and Spanish are spoken.
