The building dates from the early nineteenth century and the house's website describes a complete restoration between 1979 and 1981; since then it has been a family house divided into several units. There are three rooms, Leucosia, Ligea and Partenope, all with a private bathroom and air conditioning, and the website adds Casa Momo, a studio with a kitchenette for anyone who needs to cook.
