The dependance is in via Valesana, in the countryside of Lazise, on the Verona shore of the lower Garda. Booking puts the beach of Lazise at one and a half kilometres, Gardaland at a little over seven and the Virgilio thermal baths of Sirmione at eighteen: it is a position outside the historic centre, with free private parking on site; several guests say in the reviews that they reached the village on foot.

It is a single unit, not a hotel: one bedroom, one bathroom, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV, air conditioning and a terrace that looks onto the pool. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the property can supply more at a charge. There is no reception and no breakfast: whoever books looks after themselves.

The rule on age comes from the conditions published on Booking: under the heading on children the property states that children are not allowed, and it keeps no cots or extra beds. No source publishes a threshold in years, so the accommodation remains closed to all minors. Pets are not allowed.

The reason for booking here is the pool: open air, seasonal and for the exclusive use of whoever occupies the accommodation, with a table, chairs and a parasol in the courtyard. It should be counted on only in the warm season. There is no wellness area: sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool tub are not stated by any source.
