Mind the domain, because the family has two houses: kohlmayr.com is the Hotel zur Post in Untertauern, and kohlmayr.at redirects there; the house in this entry is in Obertauern and its domain is daskohlmayr.at. The hotel is in a quiet position, a hundred metres on foot from the entrance to the ski area; the nearest railway station is Radstadt, which the house gives at around twenty-two kilometres, and Salzburg airport at ninety.

The Panorama-Sauna with its quiet room, hanging chairs and water beds, the Eiscrusher and the fresh-air zone carries "(ab 16 Jahre)"; the ten-metre Infinity Pool with its cantilevered glass elements carries "(ab 16 Jahre)"; the Bergland SPA with the Sky Lounge, the eight-square-metre outdoor Onsen Edelstahl-Relaxpool, the Bergland-Altholzsauna, the steam bath, the relaxation loungers, the snug corners and the infrared loungers carries "(ab 16 Jahre)"; and the Fitnessraum with its PRECOR equipment carries the same indication. The same list also names the "kinderfreie Ruhebereiche", the quiet zones without children. The Familien-Sauna, by contrast, with its quiet rooms and fireplace, the bio sauna, the Finnish sauna, the steam bath, the Eiscrusher and the fresh-air zone, is listed with no age at all.

The rest of the department, which the house gives at around two thousand square metres over several floors, includes the Panorama-Altholzsauna with its open-air zone, the Bergland Salzkristall-Zirbenholzsauna, two steam baths, heated water beds, hanging loungers with an infrared function, the Bergland Sonnenterrasse, the Yogaraum with its large panoramic window and terrace, and the organic tea, the juice bar and the Tauern spring water available. In the kitchen the house includes breakfast from seven thirty to ten thirty with regional organic produce, lunch from thirteen with the addition of coffee, tea and cakes from fifteen to sixteen thirty, self-service soft drinks from thirteen to sixteen thirty and from eighteen thirty to twenty-one, a multi-course evening menu with choices and the seasonal salad buffet. There are the panoramic restaurants, the Genuss Lounge and the Sonnen Lounge with two terraces, and separately the à la carte restaurant DER 12 ENDER can be booked.

Among the other included services the house lists the welcome greeting in the room, the bathing bag with towels and slippers, the bathrobe, body products, a professional hairdryer, coffee and tea in the room, a blanket, free wifi throughout the house, the ski store with a heated, lockable locker for every room, the house shop, free outdoor parking, the parking service and the luggage service. For a charge there are added the ski pass service at reception, ski hire inside the house, the minibar, the underground garage with a charging point in a limited number of spaces, snowshoeing, tobogganing and the carriage ride.
