Da Milena is at via Montianese 37, in Fonteblanda, on the coast of the Grosseto Maremma. The Booking page gives one kilometre and three hundred metres from the beach of the bay of Talamone, four and a half kilometres from the Talamone lighthouse, eight kilometres and four hundred metres from the Torre delle Saline, nineteen from the Parco Regionale della Maremma and twenty two from Monte Argentario. It is a base for the sea and for the park, not a place you never leave.

The house is surrounded by a garden with lawn and trees, and it has a barbecue and a shared kitchen available to guests. The rooms have a desk, a flat screen TV, an electric kettle, a safe, sheets and towels; some have a terrace, others a view over the garden. WiFi is free throughout the property, the private car park is free and on site, and smoking is not allowed in the house.

The rule on age comes from the children's conditions block of the Booking page: children are not allowed, and there are no cots or extra beds. The property does not publish a figure, so there is no stated minimum age: there is a ban on minors.

There is no pool, spa, sauna or Turkish bath: the house relies on the garden, the barbecue and the closeness of the sea. Pets are allowed on request and a surcharge may apply; parties and events may not be held.
