Da Franca

The address is Via San Benedetto 18, at Assisi, in the province of Perugia. Booking puts among the nearby landmarks the Basilica of Santa Chiara, the Monte Subasio Park and the Rocchicciola, and gives the Umbria airport, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi, at twenty-three kilometres. The view declared by Booking is the one over the mountain, and among the activities in the area the page notes hiking.

Booking classes the property among bed and breakfasts. The common spaces are the garden, the shared lounge and the terrace, and there is a balcony; the private parking and the WiFi are free, and among the services Booking also lists a shuttle. The rooms have bed linen and towels provided; the photographs show two simple rooms, one with the pale iron bed and the crystal chandelier under the arch that leads to the entrance, the other with the dark wooden dressing table and the X-frame chairs, and the bathroom with the shower tiled in light blue. The property is non-smoking.

On the age question the source is Booking, because the house publishes no website of its own. The block of children's conditions says that children are not allowed and that there are no cots or extra beds: the rule applies to the whole property. The line that follows, about the absence of a minimum age, concerns check-in alone.

There is no wellness area and no swimming pool: none of these fittings appears among the ones declared. Anyone booking here comes for Assisi and for the Subasio, and finds a house with breakfast served, given as Italian. Pets are not allowed.
