It is a house with a garden, and the name states the formula: you sleep and you cook. The units have free WiFi, which Booking measures as fast, and a flat-screen TV; the double room offered on the portal measures twenty-two square metres, has a garden view and a shared bathroom. Parking is on the street. Among the most appreciated services Booking lists the non-smoking rooms, the parking and the connection.

The age rule is declared in the name itself, which carries the words Adults Only, and it is set out in full in the children's conditions published by Booking: children are not allowed. The same page specifies that there are no cots and no extra beds available and that the minimum age for check-in is eighteen, which is however another matter: it concerns whoever signs in on arrival, not who may stay. The house publishes no age of its own, and gives no website on which to confirm one, so Booking remains the only source here.

The house rules are strict about quiet: smoking is not allowed, parties and events are not held, quiet is asked between 22 and 7 and the property warns that visitors are not admitted either in the house or in the rooms. Pets are not allowed and cash is not accepted: payment is by card.
