B&B Rosalu - Adults Only

The B&B Rosalu is in via Don Mazzolari 23, in Colombare di Sirmione: the house describes itself as at the foot of the peninsula, in a residential and semi-central area. The Booking page gives the Terme Virgilio at 600 metres and the Mistral beach at one kilometre; the airport of Verona-Villafranca is given at 27 kilometres.

Every room has a private bathroom with bidet, air conditioning, a flat-screen television, a fridge and a kettle or coffee machine. The wifi is included, the parking is free, and the common areas are the garden with the terrace and the portico, where you sit in the shade during the hot hours.

Breakfast is served buffet style or Italian style; on request the house prepares a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast, with a supplement. Late check-out, until midday, also carries a supplement. There is no swimming pool, sauna or spa area: the thermal baths of Sirmione are the destination a few minutes away.

On the age the source is the children's conditions block on Booking, and the name of the property says it in advance: children are not allowed, and there are no cots or extra beds. No source publishes a minimum figure for guests; the 18 years indicated concern only whoever does the check-in. Smoking is not allowed, parties are not held, quiet must be respected between 23 and 7 and pets are not allowed.
