The website of the property says that the nearest beaches are reached in three minutes on foot, among equipped lidos, free beaches, sand and rocks.

The house has five rooms for ten guests, as the website states. Every room has a double bed, a private balcony, air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom with shower, bidet and courtesy set; the WiFi is free and a safe is provided. Booking also lists room service, daily cleaning and a shared kitchen. In the garden the property has installed a bicycle rack, and bicycle hire is available in the house; for the airport there is a shuttle at extra cost.
