B&B Maison Grace

The B&B Maison Grace is at via Magenta 12, in the centre of Peschici. Booking measures three hundred metres from the Spiaggia La Cala and a hundred metres from the parish church of Sant'Antonio da Padova; the port of Vieste is twenty-four kilometres away, the Castello Svevo Aragonese twenty-three and Foggia Gino Lisa airport one hundred and six.

The house was renovated in 2020 and has only two units: the Deluxe Room of twenty square metres and the Suite Grace of forty, which according to the website has a full-size hot tub and a private terrace looking out over the old town. Both have air conditioning, independent heating, a minibar, a safe, a TV and a private bathroom with a glass shower cubicle; Booking adds the bidet, a balcony in some units and the sitting area. The building has no lift.

On age the source is Booking: under the children's conditions heading it writes that children are not allowed and that there are no cots and no extra beds. The website bebmaisongrace.it describes the rooms but publishes no rule on age, so this page records the ban without a figure; the eighteen years given by Booking are the age for check-in.

There is no spa and no pool: the wellness side is the hot tub inside the suite. The outdoor space is the terrace reserved for the Suite Grace, looking out over the old town.

Breakfast is included, Italian, made in the house according to the property, and Booking also describes it as a buffet. Parking is free on site and the WiFi is free throughout the property. Quiet is asked for in the early afternoon, from 14.00 to 16.00; smoking is not permitted, parties are not organised and pets are not allowed.
