B&B Kelly

B&B Kelly is at Sur la Croix 70, in Renens: Booking writes the address with the postcode 1020 and lists the page under Lausanne, in the canton of Vaud. The property is classified as a homestay run by a private host. On the location the sources do not entirely agree, and for anyone looking for the house on a map the difference matters: Booking writes Renens in the address but lists the page under Lausanne, while the Expedia index records the B&B Kelly in Renens. Not to be confused with the B&B Kelly Plus, which is another house run by the same host, at Route de Cossonay 59, and which the booking portals index in Prilly.

Booking writes that the house offers accommodation with free WiFi and a flat-screen television and has a garden and a shared lounge, with free private parking on site; there is also a sun terrace, and the property is flagged as accessible. The connection is declared at forty-four megabits per second. Breakfast is continental and is among the points the booking portal indicates as most appreciated; towels and bed linen can be provided for a fee. The double room with external private bathroom offered on the booking portal measures fifteen square metres and has a bath, a patio, the private bathroom, the flat-screen television and free WiFi.

Booking gives the Sportunity urban park as 2.6 kilometres away, the Parc du Vélodrome as 3.1, the Montbenon park as 3.9, the Olympic Museum as five kilometres and the Pierre Ronde beach as eight; Cery-Fleur-de-Lys station is 1.5 kilometres away, Jouxtens-Mézery station 1.6 and the Renens-Gare metro stop 1.7. Lake Geneva is marked at a distance of zero. For Geneva international airport, which Booking gives as fifty-nine kilometres away, the house arranges a shuttle for a fee.

The rule on age is set out in the children's conditions published by Booking: children are not allowed. The same page adds that there is no availability of cots or extra beds and that no minimum age is required for check-in. The house therefore publishes no figure and gives no website of its own: Booking remains the only source here.

Smoking is not permitted, parties and events may not be organised and the house does not accept stag or hen parties. Pets are not allowed. On arrival a photo identity document and a credit card must be shown; Booking notes that the property accepts cash and that a surcharge is applied for credit card payments.
