The hosts write that they are five hundred metres from the sea and from the centre of the town; Booking measures one point four kilometres to the Lido Trentova, one point nine to the Lido Azzurro and two point eight to the Lungomare San Marco. The Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park begins six kilometres away, Agropoli-Castellabate station is two point nine kilometres away, Paestum station eleven. Salerno Costa d'Amalfi airport is given at thirty-eight kilometres. Booking warns that the property is not reached by the public transport network and it is worth having your own vehicle.

The house is a villa with three rooms on the first floor, run by two siblings, Ida and Luigi, who have worked there since 2014 and speak Italian and English. The rooms are a Double with an extra bed, a Double with a private bathroom and a Superior Double with a French bed; they have air conditioning, a wardrobe, an LED TV, a private bathroom with a shower cubicle, a bidet, toiletries, a hairdryer and linen. Every accommodation has a terrace or a balcony. WiFi is free throughout the property, which is entirely non-smoking, and the private parking on site is free.

On age there is only one source, the Booking page, because the property publishes no website of its own: the children's conditions say that children are not allowed, and the same page adds that no cots or extra beds are available. The eighteen years given just below is the minimum age for check-in, which concerns whoever signs in on arrival and is not the same thing. No figure is published as an entry threshold, so this page records the ban with no age.

Anyone looking for a wellness area will not find one: no sauna, Turkish bath, pool, hot tub or gym is declared. The shared spaces are the garden, the shared lounge and the large terrace with a view over the gulf, which is the reason the house is called what it is. Breakfast is included and is served as a buffet, continental and Italian, with the cakes made in the house: it is the thing guests name most often in their reviews.

Things to know for the stay: arrival is between 14.00 and 20.00, departure between 8.00 and 10.30, and at check-in a photo document and a credit card are needed. Pets are not allowed, there is no smoking and no parties are held; the property specifies that it does not take hen or stag parties and asks for care over noise, because the area is residential. In the event of early departure the whole stay is charged.
