It is not the heart of the old centre but the residential belt immediately below it: Booking counts six hundred metres to the column of Sant'Oronzo, seven hundred to palazzo di Lopez y Royo and seven hundred and fifty to the palazzo Ducale. Ostuni station is 3.1 kilometres away, Brindisi Casale airport thirty-five kilometres. The beaches along the coast, from Baia di Camerini to Costa Merlata, are between eight and nine kilometres away.

The whole apartment is let, sixty square metres with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen fitted with utensils, a fridge and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Booking lists air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a safe, bed linen and towels provided by the house, free WiFi throughout the property and private parking on site. There are a balcony and a terrace, and that is where the reason people book this address comes from: the profile of the old town with the cathedral at the top, and behind it the plain of olive trees down to the sea.

On age there is a single source, Booking, and the child policies are explicit: children are not allowed. The same page adds that the property has no cots or extra beds, and the largest rate stops at two adults. No figure is published, so this entry records the exclusion of minors with no declared threshold. Booking also writes that no minimum age is required for check-in: that is a different figure and does not concern who may stay. We did not find a website for the property against which to compare the rule.

Of a wellness area there is no trace: no pool, no sauna, no steam bath, no hot tub. Anyone looking for a spa should know it before booking. The shared spaces come down to the apartment's balcony and terrace, which are in any case private because the unit is let as a whole.

Arrival is between fourteen and twenty-one and must be given to the house in advance, departure between six and ten. Pets are not allowed, there is no smoking, parties and events are not permitted and the property specifies that it does not accept stag or hen groups. The parking space appears as a surcharge on some rates and as a separate item on others: it is worth looking at what the chosen offer includes.
