The location is the highest of the ratings, 9.7, and couples have given it 9.6.

The age rule is a ban without a figure. In the children's conditions block Booking writes that children are not allowed and adds that the property has no cots or extra beds available; in the next entry it states that no minimum age for check-in is required. No children's equipment appears on the page, so nothing contradicts the ban, and no source publishes a number: the property, that is, does not publish the age.

A single apartment is let, on two levels, of 60 square metres, with one bedroom, a sitting room and a bathroom, for two adults. Booking lists a double bed, the kitchen with a kitchenette, utensils, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and dining table, a flat-screen TV, the bathroom with a bath and hairdryer, towels and bed linen provided and a view of the town and of a quiet street. Outside there are covered parking and a socket for charging electric vehicles, and free WiFi covers the whole property.

Arrival is from 15 and departure at 10, and the property asks for the expected time of arrival to be given in advance; the stay must be paid before arrival by bank transfer, and the property contacts the guest after booking with the instructions. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed, parties and events may not be held and the page specifies that the unit is not available for hen or stag parties; quiet must be kept between 23 and 8.
