No children's equipment appears on the page, so the ban is not contradicted, but no source publishes a number: the property has no website of its own and Booking remains the only source. The same page in fact states that no minimum age for check-in is required, which is a booking condition and not the rule of the house.

The house has a garden and free WiFi throughout. Booking writes that certain rooms have a balcony with a garden view, that every room has a shared bathroom and that some have a terrace or a city view. Among the types on sale are the double room with shared bathroom, twenty-five square metres with a private kitchen, balcony, patio, terrace, dishwasher, coffee machine and city view, and the deluxe double room with a balcony. Booking notes that the area is known for hiking and cycling and that the guesthouse makes bicycles available free of charge. Parking is on the street.

A few practical points. Arrival is from 16 to 23.30 and departure between 5 and 10. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed and parties or events may not be held; Booking adds that the property is not available for hen or stag parties and that quiet must be kept between 22 and 6.
