The whole accommodation is let: forty-two square metres with one bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen television, a kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher and a bathroom with a shower; towels and bed linen are included. There are a terrace and a mountain view. In the property there are a ski pass sales point and a ski store.

Booking gives the Grindelwald station at 250 metres and the Grindelwald Grund one at one kilometre, the rack railway for the Kleine Scheidegg at 300 metres, the Grindelwald Grund-Holenstein chairlift at 850 metres and the Bodmi lift at 1.4 kilometres; the summit of the First is one kilometre away, Lake Brienz nine and Bern-Belp airport sixty-seven. The nearest restaurant, 1910 Gourmet by Hausers, is marked at twenty metres.

The age rule is in the children's conditions published by Booking: children are not allowed. The same page adds that no cots and no extra beds are available. The house, however, publishes no figure of its own: the eighteen years that can be read on the page are the age for check-in, not the rule of the house, and the property gives no website, so Booking remains the only source here.

Smoking is not allowed, parties and events may not be held, the house does not accept stag or hen parties and quiet is asked for between 22 and 8. Pets are not allowed. On arrival a security deposit in cash is required, returned on departure after a check of the accommodation.
