The rule on age is a ban without a figure. In its Child policies block Booking writes that children are not allowed and adds that cots and extra beds are not available; no children's equipment appears on the page, so nothing contradicts the ban. No source publishes a number: the chalet has no website of its own and Booking remains the only source. The eighteen years that can be read on the page are the minimum age for check-in, that is, a booking condition, and not the rule of the house.

The whole chalet is let, eighty square metres for two people with one bedroom, a double bed and one bathroom. Inside there are a private kitchen with utensils, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine, a dining area, a flat-screen television with satellite channels and soundproofing; bed linen and towels are provided. Outside there are a terrace with a mountain view, a balcony, a patio, the barbecue and the garden, and private parking is free. The chalet has a sauna of its own, for the use of whoever rents it.

The house is equipped for anyone heading into the mountains: Booking lists a ski equipment hire service and a ski store, and places the chalet in an area for hiking, skiing and cycling. Among the important information the property notes that the whirlpool has been out of service since 1 April 2023, so it should not be counted on, and that with every stay a cheese fondue is offered, with the wine and the bread included.

Two practical matters. Arrival is from 15 to 20 and departure between 10 and 11, with the time of arrival to be given in advance; from 22 to 6 access to the property is not possible and the quiet hours apply. There is no smoking, parties or events may not be held, the house does not accept stag or hen gatherings and pets are not allowed. Cash is accepted.
