Alpha Studios Naxos - Adults Only

Alpha Studios is in Kalavriton Street, in the Agios Georgios district of Naxos Chora: a quiet street behind the island's town hall, a few minutes on foot from the centre, from Agios Georgios beach and from the main harbour. It is the position that lets you arrive from the ferry with your case in hand and not touch the car again for the whole stay.

The property counts eight suites, recently renovated and carefully finished, all reserved for adults alone. The Junior Suites measure twenty square metres, the Comfort Suites twenty-six; both take one or two people and have a double bed with a medium-firm deluxe mattress, a private balcony with table and chairs, a modern bathroom with a shower, a digital safe and blackout curtains.

Real studios, not rooms with a hotplate

The kitchenette is properly equipped: two ceramic plates with an extractor hood, a sink, a toaster, a kettle and, in the Comfort ones, a coffee machine too, plus a fridge with freezer and a full set of crockery. Tea, jam, honey, biscuits and condiments are offered by the house, together with mineral water. The WiFi connection reaches up to 500 Mbps in every room, the 32-inch LED televisions have Netflix and YouTube, and the air conditioners, new ones, work for both cooling and heating and are fitted with an ioniser and a triple filter.

Between April and October the property lends beach towels and a parasol; there is luggage storage between eleven and fifteen and an information service running twenty-four hours. There is no pool, sauna, steam bath or wellness area, and Alpha Studios declares none: it is an address for adults who want independence, quiet and the Chora within walking distance.
